Series of Palace AU Endhawks

Endeavor is a tyrant king of Fire Nation and he acquired Hawks from a slave trader. Hawks has lived a closed life and believes Endeavor as his one savior and is quite enamored with him. His winged powers also make a him a formidable personal body guard, even if Endeavor doesn’t quite need one. 

First Prince Dabi returns home from a long campaign and discovers his father has taken a liking to this pet and decided to use Hawks to usurp the throne.

Side story ? plot would be regarding the youngest prince, Todoroki Shoto. A cool and aloof prince that likes to spend time alone, he discovers some comfort in the royal librarian, Deku.

Hello! 

With the end of Daiya Season 3, we thought it was time for another ship week! It’s time to celebrate all the new characters that were introduced in the anime, as well as cheer on our existing favourites. 

Welcome to Daiya no Ace Rare Pair Week 2020. 

The week will run April 24th - April 30th. We want to see more content for some of the more obscure ships out there and to let all those creative spirits grow! If you have any questions, please send them here or tweet at us!

Since I often get asked about how I do my coloring I’ve composed a basic tutorial of my process using Clip Studio. Hope this helps!

Step one - select the image you wish to use. Duplicate the background layer so the original will still be available if needed. Crop if desired and remove any unwanted elements by painting over with white. You may need to draw in things like I did with Miyuki’s arm in the bottom left corner.

The finished cleaned and redrawn image. Remember to S.O.S (save often stupid). Even if your program auto saves it’s still a good habit.

Create a new layer and in between your line art and background layer. Fill it with a color - it doesn’t matter what but I usually use a yellow or light blue.

Select your line art layer, go to the Edit Menu and select “Convert Brightness to Opacity”

Now the whites are transparent! Coloring can begin.

Create a new layer on top of your line art layer.

Use a bright, vivid color like this hot pink and the g-pen with a large brush size to paint an outline of the figure. Get as close as you can to the edge without going over.

When the outline is complete use the wand selection tool to select the transparent part in the middle. Expand the selection a few pixels, 2 or 4 so you don’t have a gap.
