Colonel Hogan leads a ragtag band of POW's caught behind German lines in this popular television comedy. The bumbling Germans give Hogan and his crew plenty of opportunities to sabotage their war efforts. Colonel Klink is more concerned with having everything run smoothly and avoiding any trouble with his superiors (especially anything that might result in his being reassigned and sent to the front) than with being tough on Hogan and his fellow prisoners. Also I would like to state that none of the content on this blog is mine unless I say otherwise.

Didn't Klink have a family crest hanging in his office? Or maybe that was his room? Either way, too bad we didn't see more of it. I like the way little decorations give some insight into a character :)

I've always been curious what the small framed pictures on Klink's desk are. Are they pictures of his mom? himself??

I belive one is of his mother.

The blueprint of the camp that hung on Klinks office wall, behind his desk. Are there replicas for sale anywhere? Does the original still exists?

For context: the bomb is a real live one, it can go off any time, and Carter is trapped in a caved-in tunnel a few feet below said bomb.

my favorite character is Newkirk, I think mostly because he was my father's favorite and I watched the show as a child with my father. It helps that he's quirky and mischievous
