Mmmmm...I don't know honestly. I'm not a fan of characters getting human names. I get why they do it, but it's not my favorite thing.

Yeah, I agree with that. Kon's not a sensitive topic to him when it comes to his identity, and he is an ideal to him, but I think it's more the fact that he's a hero and that he does good and helps other people than it being very Kon-centric if that makes sense. Lol, kinda like he's an older brother to look up to. You don't wanna be him but you like the stuff he does. Thinking of Kon as an ideal is a sweet way to put it and I agree.

Appearance wise I don't think Match has any qualms about looking like Kon either, but I think finding his own identity is something his character needs. He can be put into boxes he likes kinda like how you put it, but I think eventually his character would need self exploration and like an interrogation of what Match wants without input from others.

Personally, I would keep Match's name, Match.

I wouldn't want him, his identity or his superhero identity to have anything to really do with Kon or the other Supers in name or costume (LIKE HOW THEY'VE GIVEN HIM A KNOCK OFF SUPERMAN COSTUME that makes him look like Pajama Sam.)

When it comes to clone characters I want them to be individuals instead of tied to other people, so with Match keeping his name I'd see it as him reclaiming the name "Match," and essentially giving it a new meaning/connotation with regard to himself and his identity. Rather than "Match" being an allusion to his being a clone of Kon and associated with "sameness," it could instead allude more to a match as in a new spark of fire, this little light that can grow into something more, and essentially a flame leading to new beginnings.

I also think this would fit with his character because a lot of his character is about his own individual identity in contrast to Kon and Superman, so what better way than finding his own identity and defining himself for once rather than letting other people define him.

The last time I read about something like this was in a very old fanfic (I don't remember the name anymore).

They were essentially "the spitting image of Clark but with a slightly darker skin tone."

She has less screen time and development than her "cousin," they could have put her there and developed her properly.

Does Match at least remember that part? His memory on Infinite Frontier arc was like Swiss cheese.

This would really be dependent upon the writer. However, they do include Kon's New Earth canon when explaining "Kon's" (Match assumed to be Kon) background:

So it would make sense if he still had his New Earth memories/background since the events of Teen Titans (2003) are canon in this comic.

The last time I heard about him in the comics (it's been a while), Wally trapped him in time/paralyzed him in time, and he's in the Flash museum as if he were a statue.

Oh, yeah, Wally stole his speed so he couldn't move and he was temporarily put up on display in the Flash Museum to torture him a bit. (He was forced to stare at a statue of Bart.) (These are the events of kind Flash: The Fastest Man Alive and All-Flash)

But he actually had more appearances after that. He was released from his paralysis/stasis by Hunter Zolomon during the FInal Crisis: Rogues' Revenge comics. That's when he had his whole Kid Zoom arc that no one likes, and then at the end of that series he was killed.

However, even more recently, Thad was actually last seen in the current canon (Prime Earth canon); The Flash (2016) #760. He's I guess kinda in the Speed Force at the moment. He hasn't shown up since then and that was specifically in 2020.

But getting back to what you were saying in your previous ask: Yeah!!! If there is any sort of friendship between them still I bet they'd both be mad for each other's sake. I'd definitely love to see them supporting each other as clones and just being there for each other.

Based on what I know:

A person with albinism is very sensitive to skin conditions/the effects of the sun because they lack melanin.Like, much more than a white person (because they have melanin, just in smaller quantities).If albinism also affects the eyes, that person will need glasses at best or, at worst, be virtually blind.

Match would be somewhat better than the others if he were half Kryptonian, but it would be like a battery that, while charging quickly, overheats/overcharges very quickly.His powers would be in a "safe zone" on cloudy days, at sunset, and at night.
