i may come back to add some more as there is a huge variety of different activities to do while regressed. i do plan on making a pet regression list, though i will have to research more to provide the best options!

Becoming more fidgety and restless (specifically kicking my legs)

Shorter sentences or smaller words...also broken sentences-

Higher pitched voice, stumbling over my words

Being easily distracted or lost in my thoughts

LOTS of giggles and smiles!!

Oral fixation: Chewing stuff or putting my fingers up to/in my mouth

Being WAY more sensitive... (I've cried over water getting on my coloring page before)

Worser motor skills so it takes me a little longer to walk (I always feel super proud when I toddle though!!)

Needing my comfort objects like stuffies, my rattle, or paci...or else I'll whine and be sad

It being harder to understand big-kid things and responsibilities
