I am going to delete my blog over the weekend. The knowledge Iāve gained via tumblr in regards to primarily feminism has been exquisite and finding radical feminism has helped me more than I can fathom and express. However, it has baffled me the hatred I see constantly being directed at one another. And itās depressing how many people seem to THRIVE off of harassing fellow bloggers, relentlessly insulting them, and even threatening them just for their personal opinions or politics???? Are you people serious??? I donāt agree with the gender cult crap I see constantly on my feed but am I going to personally insult these people???? Am I going to threaten to DOX them or say they are pieces of shit??? What the fuck no why do some people think itās okay to take those measures? And itās wild to me how often I see āfeministsā calling other women ugly/insulting their appearances or calling them BITCHES (you knowā¦a misogynistic slur men have been using for women foreverā¦what a good example of what feminism should be by using that slur against your sisters if they donāt agree with youā¦so progressiveā¦) Muster up some of that same energy you spend driving people off of this site and do some damn soul searching and realize that we are all fucking human beings.
Once again, too much hatred thrives on this site and Iām weary of seeing it and I donāt want to support it any longer by having this blog.
Iāll get some personal info from a few of you before I delete. This will also benefit me because I spend too much time on here anyways.
@chelabelle Iām sorry that you are receiving such mindless cruel backlash. And Iām sorry for the many other women that have been driven off of this site just for stating opinions/critical thinking on their PERSONAL BLOG. Im ashamed I havenāt deleted sooner while Iāve been observing my sisters get abused by people on here for months and have also been harassed on occasion myself. Iām fucking through with tumblr.
