ok so i'm taking another crack at the extremely broken furby i bought 2 years ago (the snow leopard) and so far i've narrowed down 2 problems, corrosion on the board and a missing reset function (correct is circled in white)

before and after treatment of my 99 cent elephant! he has been named mr trunks. he is incredibly clean now aside from a couple small spots i plan on going back over eventually, and his colors lightened surprisingly well too! the stitch work on his neck and head is a little too tight for my tastes though so i may be going back over it sometime soon, though something about it gives him charm so i could end up leaving it :) overall very happy with how far he’s come!

theres a furby group on facebook, ‘furby collectors’, and i know someone on there makes custom furby face plates!

today i made myself a new friend!! he's a little wonky because i was pretty loose with the patterns, but i love him very much! he's entirely made from fleece, felt & gingham that i had lying around in the craft cupboard :3c
i used @daftfurby & @pocket-furbs patterns and tutorials as a guide!! i kind of freehand drew them & didn't follow them super closely, but they were both super helpful nonetheless!!
