I was watching MatPat’s Ultimate Custom Night playthroughs, and Orville’s MR HIPPO’S deep insightful grandpa monologues inspired me to make this piece. 

During the time I made this I was watching Razzbowski’s playthroughs of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair and due to that Rick and Morty’s latest season was running at the time, I thought “Hey, what if Americans made Danganronpa?” and figured that it would be offensive, politically incorrect and be absurdist as all frick. 

Most of the characters are inspired from stereotypes seen in American youths, aka the introduction of different political beliefs and subcultures such as veganism, drag/queer culture and other things in between. 

When “Dream Daddy” was a trendy thing. 

I made these edits last year. I modelled the drink containers myself in Maya then made my edits over it in Photoshop to form different flavours of fictional daddies. Not fictional sugar daddies. Literal fictional daddies, with kids. 

I also did them all with a mouse.

I made it a drink range for the summer season, due to 1) It was summer over in the NA region where Dream Daddy’s developed in. Everyone loves a cold one. 2) Dream Daddy IS a dating simulator, hence it brings another kind of thirst.
