It's a virtual doujinshi convention. It's free to enter you just need to make a picrea account. The event is open today and tomorrow so if you want to have a look at some gorgeous sebaciel art now is the time! You can walk around the vendors hall like it's a real convention. It's pretty cool it reminded me of playing the OG Club Penguin when I was younger.

The artists usually have the works posted on their pixiv, poipiku, and/or privatter accounts - I recommend making accounts on those sites if you don't already have them to be able to view/save the pages at full quality.

888 (seto) at Booth #14 is displaying the doujin "Schwarz" on pixiv with Demon Ciel and priest Sebastian, and "闇の現" on privatter where Ciel practices murdering people on Sebastian (lol)

Ne-mu (ge ge susu) at Booth #21 is displaying "As If" on poipiku where Sebaciel have an adopted daughter. Ciel is aged up to an adult in this one!

Caru at Booth #10 is displaying a new summer themed R18 sebaciel doujin on poipiku. They also have a reprint/physical copies of "A Wish on Scratches" available for mail order via booth.pm

The Phantomhive group arrives at the Reading train station the early morning of 7 December 1889, which is a Saturday. Reading is where they separate for their respective missions in Brighton (Ciel and Sebastian), North Yorkshire (Mey Rin and Ran Mao), Wiltshire (Bard and Lau), and Norfolk (Finny and Snake).

We know the missions begin on 7 December because Snake is later shown to die on 9 December, a couple of days later.

We also know a full day in Brighton hasn't passed yet, because Ciel and Sebastian are shown on the train at around 8:30 am, with Sebastian telling Ciel he should eat breakfast. They later arrive in Brighton at 11:49 am. The events in the smoking room happen later in the evening that same day (still 7 December.)

This all puts Ciel's 14th birthday a week away from his arrival in Brighton (his birthday is 14 December)
