You closed your dorm room door behind you and sunk to the floor against it. It had been a LONG day- you just wanted to get your homework done and relax- curse Mr. Aizawa for giving so much homework..
You got up and started to walk to your desk, but you found your feet had a mind of their own- they brought you to the mirror and you found yourself staring into your y/e/c eyes until you hated the sight of them. You picked apart your appearance little by little- too much acne here, your y/h/c hair was weird looking to you, the shape of your nose isn’t pretty enough, your boobs are weird looking, your thighs jiggle when you move.
You took your stomach rolls into your hands, poking, pulling, and sucking in- you didn’t even notice the tears running down your face as you continuously tore your appearance to shreds.
You were so caught up in picking out your insecurities that you didn’t hear your boyfriend, Denki, coming into your room.
He let out a soft gasp as the sight of you crying into the mirror and holding your rolls in your hands and dropped the flowers he was holding.
“Y/n- what are you doing?!”
“Denki! I-I didn’t hear you come in- I’m sorry.”
“Don’t be sorry.. but really, what were you doing?? Are you okay?”
“I don’t feel pretty.. I feel too big, I have too much acne, the shape of my nose is weird an-”
“Hey! Don’t you dare say that.” he said, coming closer, the usually happy/relaxed face now wiped clean off, replaced with a worried frown and furrowed brow.
He got behind you and touched your hair lightly.
“Let’s start here. Look at this beautiful y/h/c hair. It’s so perfect- the perfect length, texture, and color.”
He ran his hands down your hair, stopping at the middle of your face. He moved to touch your nose, where he ran his index finger down the bridge of it to bop the end of your nose.
“Next, your perfect nose- it’s not a weird shape at all- look at how well it fits your face, and how beautiful the shape is.”
He then moved his thumbs to brush the tears under your eyes away.
“And these eyes- such a pretty shape and color. Perfect.”
He ran a finger over your lips next.
“Look at these lips- so kissable and such a nice shape. And your teeth are so pretty- straight or not, they’re perfect.”
He moved his hands down your arms wrapped you in a hug.
“And you- the perfect size for me to hug and love on. You’re so warm and snuggly- not to mention those THIGHS- like, you can crush my head if you want to shawdy.”
He winked, and you both busted out laughing.
“Seriously though, so what if you have stomach rolls? So what if your thighs or ass jiggles? No matter what shape or size you are you’re BEAUTIFUL simply because you exist. You are not confined to society’s beauty standards- no one is and no one should be because beauty standards are absolutely WACK.”
Another tear fell from your eye.
“Aw no- don’t cry- did I say something wrong? I’ve never comforted anyone about this-”
You cut him off by turning to face him and planting a kiss on his lips.
He ran his hands down your body, resting them in the small of your back.
He kissed you like he would never feel one of your kisses again- drinking of you in- all of your beauty and glory.
You pulled away and looked into his eyes, then laid your head on his chest.
“Thank you Denks. You have no idea how much this means to me.”
“No problem, my little thunderstorm. You better not get rid of those love handles. Keep that ass fat and those tits jiggly, you hear me?”
You laughed and swatted his arm.
“You perv!”
He laughed too.
“Oh- also! I have these for you!”
He dashed back to the door, picking up the flowers he had dropped and handing them to you.
You smiled.
“Thank you! They’re so pretty!”
“Just like you, lighting bolt. Now, I came in here to kidnap you and make you come get boba with me. So come on, then you can help me with the math homework.”
“Fine- but you’re paying.”
He flashed you that brilliant smile of his.

You both laughed, and he intertwined his fingers with yours, and pulled you out of the dorms.

- take a REALLY long bubble bath. disregard EVERYTHING else and just. sit in the bath for like 2 hours- playing with bubbles, binging an anime, watching a movie, hell- eat a 3 course meal in there. OH AND DONT FORGET TO MAKE IT SCALDING HOT OR YOU CAN MAKE IT FREEZING COLD BECAUSE YOU HAVE CONTROL OVER WHAT TEMP YOU MAKE IT!!
-bake/cook something that looks really hard to make. OR bake something with no recipe. YOU have control over how much flour to put into that cake. YOU have control over how many chocolate chips you put in those cookies. it doesn't even matter if it comes out good!
-rearrange your room!
-clean your room OR tear it up- mess it up and make it atrocious and then make it clean again.
-try a really hard makeup look! even if you don't think you're that good at makeup it's still worth a try- because YOU have control over what your face looks like.
-revamp a village on minecraft! this one is SO fun- i turned an abandoned village i came across into a mushroom village! (lmk if you want me to post pics of it :D)
-vent your frustrations to your pillow and then beat the shit out of it
-eat a fuck ton of candy. just do it. whats stopping you? NOTHING
-buy something really impulsive- essentially retail therapy but like.. you have control over what you spend your money on. so order something cool or dumb off amazon just to be in control of where your money goes.
-listen to music with the volume all the way up in your headphones
-BULLY CHILDREN ON ROBLOX. JUST PICK RANDOM FIGHTS WITH PEOPLE FOR NO REASON IT SOUNDS MEAN BUT ITS SO FUNNY
-try a hairstyle that looks hard or above your skill level
-make a cult in the sims. just do it. because why not.
-aggressively clean everything in sight until you feel in control again while listening to music (i do this so much its not even funny it works i swear)

You woke up with that familiar sharp pain in your abdomen.

You ran to the bathroom and groaned- just as you suspected, the devil's waterfall was back. You grumbled profanities under your breath as you got up, got a new pair of underwear, and put your menstrual product on/in.
You washed your hands, pulled on sweatpants and a sweatshirt, pulled out your snack stash for when you're on your period, plugged in your trusty dusty heating pad, and turned on the saddest movie you could find. About halfway through, you had your heating pad on high, half your snacks were gone, and you were sobbing, there was a knock on your door.
"What." you called, annoyed.
"Why the FUCK are you crying so loud?" Bakugou called from the other side of the door, clearly annoyed by the noise you were making.
"Wow.. thanks for the concern. None of your damn business, that's why."
He opened the door and you looked up at him angrily. You two had been best friends for years so you were always this rude to each other.
"Oh. That's why."
"Clearly." you said, wiping a tear.
"Um.. is there any way I can help?"
"Uh. Want to sit with me?"
"Sure."
Bakugou climbed in bed with you and before you knew it, you were cuddled up with him, and you were both crying.
"I CAN'T BELIEVE THE DOG DIED WHAT??" he sobbed.
"I KNOW!! THE POOR THING.. aH- fuck-" you curled up in a ball tightly and he threw his hands up, afraid he hurt you.
"What?"
"Cramps- sorry."
"Let me try something. Sit here." he patted to sit in front of him.
You moved there and laid your head back onto his chest. He reached his hands around and placed them where your cramps were, and used his quirk to heat them up.
"Holy shit- this is A LOT hotter than a heating pad- it works so much better." you said.
"Good. I guess I'm your own personal heating pad."
The two of you laughed- and continued your sappy movie marathon. Somewhere in there, you had fallen asleep, comforted by your friend's presence and the warmth he was providing.
"Y/n."
"Hm..?" you rubbed your eyes.
"You feeling up to go to the store? We ate all your snacks, I'll buy you some more."
"That's okay Katsuki, I can pay."
"Hell no. Get your damn shoes on."
You laughed. "Okay."
The store was walking distance from UA, so you two set out. You got to the store and began to pick out the snacks you both wanted, laughing and joking with each other.
By the time you two got to the register, you both had a mountain of snacks, and Bakugou had picked up something else but he wouldn't let you see it.
He paid, and you left the store.
"Here." he said, holding something out to you.
You took it. It was a bunny stuffie, and it was ADORABLE. You started crying on the spot.
"It's so cute..." you choked out.
"D-Do you not like it..?" he asked.
"No- I love it! Thank you Katsuki."
He shook his head. "Don't mention it nerd." and he wrapped an arm around you.
You two got back to UA and got cuddly in your bed again. Well, time for more hours of movie binging and sobbing! And a week more of excruciating pain! Yay!
