PS: Please don’t think that I am oblivious to the obviously racist overtones of Delta’s negligence here, as the fact that this kind of communication failure with your partnering airlines seems to be quite common indicates to me that you are clearly relying on the assumption that American customers will attribute any difficulties faced while traveling outside the US--e.g., on any airline that is not ostensibly Delta--directly to the administrative incompetence of the foreign company. On the most literal level, to allow honest and hard-working AeroMexico employees to take the fall for Delta’s administrative difficulties is atrocious enough. But for Delta as a respected American company to allow such a stereotyped ideology, wherein “foreign” is equivalent to “incompetent,” to flourish, in this day in age, is absolutely horrific to me.

being a working woman has been a horrificly enlightening alberesque shit show. when excited, empassioned and directly giving one’s perspective you are practically ignored - as if you have no credit.  when asked your perspective about something on the work table that, let’s say, is not your brain-child and/or artistic ta-da!, you are asked mind numbingly excessively monotonous questions that i really don’t even think warrant an answer.
