I'm still alive!! Uni is taking up more time than I expected it to, but it's okay. So far I've been loving the stuff I'm learning (for the most part)

Super chill Sunday ! Classes gonna start tomorrow, but I already got to know other students last week. Spent the day setting up some required software for class and online class and doing my Sunday chores ^^
Life has been chaotic recently but I'm starting to settle into my new living place more and more.

I moved into my dorm two days ago!! Still far from having all of my stuff together and i still need to decorate it but im super happy with it. The building is really old but it has a great location, near the city's central park and there's a grocery store right around the corner ✨
Haven't had a chance to talk to my roommates that much yet but they're so nice and welcoming 😭
So far i spent my sunday planning the first week here and taking a walk in the city.. I wanted to sit and journal in the park but as soon i got my coffee and a snack it started ✨raining✨ and it was even too windy to use an umbrella :/ so I just sat in my dorm rewatching 3-nen A-gumi, great J-Drama, i recommend it!!!

So recently I've started working on a project. I've always been passionate about history, especially queer history. Am working on a book gathering that.
I do want to start with the Arabic world / MENA region since I myself am an arab and we lack direly in representation, present and past.
(I'm considering starting a blog specifically for this project.)

Black coffee with gingerbread spice mix has like, become my favorite thing ever??? It's not Christmas but it tastes so good ;-;
I found this book on my dad's shelf and it's really interesting so far! ✨ Apparently it's a biography but it reads like a fiction novel nonetheless.
this is how i spent all of autumn break. in my dads mock-studio which is just a bright room in our summer house (honestly the light in there is magical). studying economics until my eyes bled.

Late morning simple bullet journaling
My whole family is either working or at school so I finally have a few hours to myself in the house lol
I'll finish some python lectures I found at MIT open course ware and apply for some more jobs because I really only have a few weeks left until I move out!! ^^
I am also working on a commission info post so I can get more commissions on my art Instagram so I need to stop procrastinating on that..

I set up my first studyblr with no experience of taking pretty notes/being an organized student yay! Starting in October, I'll be a computer science student in my birth town in Germany, 3h away from home and on my own for the first time ;-; so ig I just wanna use this blog to document my experiences and romanticize my life a lil :)
Also trying to be more productive in terms of my art & acquiring some programming skills before my semester starts ^^
