Just vibing

First things first, let's start with rins character.

He's violent.

This is made clear the very first panel of the manga and within the first like 5 minutes(?) Of the anime where we see him fighting a group of guys who where killing pigeons. These guys a fairly beat up, its very visible they're no match for rins brute strength.

When rin gets home, his family bring up how this isn't the first fight and its made clear he gets into fights like this often.

Yukio is a medic because he had to patch rin up so often as a kid because of his violent behaviours.

Aside from this, there's a flash back to when rins in preschool and he's after absolutely obliterating kid and in this flash back he punches father fyujimoto, breaking more than one rib. Rin can't be older than 5 in this scene, he's violent and strong. He has a poor temper.

Bringing up later scenes, one of the first times we see rin and suguro interact (in the anime) is when they're in gym and within minutes of the teacher being out of sight, rin gets into a fight with suguro.

Than he confronts a demon head on with absolutely no field experience (other than kuro I think? But they don't know) and he is able to stop the demon from killing him then and there. That's fucking terrifying for his classmates.

Rin also carries around a sword he has no training with?? To an outsider, he's not at all a person you'd safe with??? AND when the demon attacks the dorm when they're in there without any teachers, rin runs off and comes back saying he "killed it" and when asked how, causually points to his sword, confusing the rest of his peers.

To them, rin is incredibly powerful already at this point, and stupid. Rins quite stupid. I love him, but he is. He doesn't think, he just goes with the flow.

THAN there's the emusment park, they don't know its rin, but they see a whole ride get fucked up! Terrifying??? Especially after they find out the ghost was just a little kid??? They KNOW he didn't do that.

And then they see rin get kidnapped by their apparent classmate and he's all beat up, you can only imagine what was going through their heads.

NOW at the camp. Here is when I believe suguro starts to catch on that rin isn't entirely human, along side the holy water incident and his "allergy" to it, he's also carrying 2 insanely heavy bags without a care on the world, and he flares up accidentally saving shiemi from the moth things, which suguro sees and questions him about. (This is important later).

But back tracking on the fact he was carrying to very heavy bags without a care, shima comments on this, calling him inhuman, and the rest agree. This further backs up my point that rins just insanely strong and this is (or should be to a normal sane person) worrying already.

BUT WHEN HE REVEALS HIS POWER HE LOSSES HIMSELF TO HIS FLAME.

This is the VERY first time they see rin use his sword and most importantly his power. And not to mention they're already all messed up cause they jsut went against a DEMON KING, and stood NO CHANCE, while rin fought him off with ease. WITH EASE.

THAN ARTHUR AGUSTS ANGEL COMES TO KILL RIN?? these kids are getting information fucked on top of them, let its all so vague, there's SO MUCH to take in, they have ZERO time to process anything. AND THEYRE ALL FIVETEEN. children ladies and gents. MINORS. BRAIN BARELY DEVELOPED. Not ones for mature decisions.

Okay anyway, then they're sent, incredibly injured, to get patched up and they see rin conscious for the first time after seeing him go berserk. THEY'RE RIGHTFULLY FREAKED???

Now i can't remember if this happens I the manga, but most the fandom don't even read it so it doesn't matter. But in the anime, yukio clarifies that Satan is rins father, konekomaru mentions that yukios rins twin, yukio confirms he has NONE of satans power and is examined DAILY. THAN yukio goes on to confirm the koma sword was NOT capable of controlling rins power.

It's too great for the sword. HIS POWER IS TOO GREAT FOR THE SWORD. HEARING THIS WOULD FREAK ME??? a already violent person has uncontrollable demonic power. THATS INSANE??

Suguros not very surprised, he's a bit like "bruh???" But konekomaru is terrified! Why?? HIS WHOLE FAMILY FUCKING DIED BECAUSE OF SATAN?? He's an ORPHAN because of Satan. If you where him you'd also be shitting yourself dawg stfu.

KAMIKI ON THE OTHER HAND, doesn't give a fuck. Couldn't be less bothered honestly.

Their problem isn't rins a demon, later in season 2, kamiki comments on this. "I know lots of demons who are exorcist, in my opinion their only problem is your satans son". WHICH IS SO FUCKINF FAIR?? Everyone knows so many people at suguros temple died because of satans blue flame. SO DOES THE WATCHER. WHY THE FUCK DONT PEOPLE USE THEIR BRAINS.

Also the reason I think Kamiki is so unbothered by rin is because of one scene in season 1; the scene where the demons attack the dorm and harm Paku very badly and rin is the first to jump in a fight it. He's struggling but he doesn't give up while kamiki couldn't even summon her familiars.

Rin than sees kamiki crying and doesn't make fun of her or ask and give her his t-shirt, kamiki definitely saw rins tail when this happened.

Kamiki, whether she'll ever admit to it, definitely appreciates this A LOT.

People call her "the only true friend" because of this... which also urks me so bad cause like??? What???

BUT ANYWAY, later in season two, after shima makes up with rin and konekomaru has his interaction with him, and after rin punches some sense into suguro, suguro admits one of the main reasons he was so pissed off was because rin didn't tell him he was satans son. Which I mean, that's kinda fair?? That's a BIG thing to not know about a person you're supposed to be good friends with. His problem is that rin keeps his problems to himself, he never asks anyone for help, even when he desperately needs it, and that really pisses off suguro. I mean even with his dad, he is like so ticked off at his dad most of the season FOR THAT REASON.

While suguros actions and words towards rin weren't always thought out, you need to remember HES A CHILD. And he has anger issues too. 3 of the main characters have anger issues. RIN IS THE ONLY ONE WHO GETS EXCUSED.

But same goes for the other characters, they weren't kind towards rin but once they had time to process their thoughts, they let him back into their lives and support him. You people act like they're adults. They're not. They're all 15 at this point and have their own baggage They're handling. LEAVE THESE KIDS ALONE BRO.

I haven't even gotten into sheimi or yukio in this post cause it would be SOO fucking long if I did. That's not a negative thing, they're both my top 5 favourite characters, I love them both. The way the fandom treats them irritates me so much tho. 💔💔
