Ello there
Its my friday at THIS job and then this weekend is going to be miserable. I’m gonna drink lots of beer and eat lots of wings on sunday for the superbowl, so i apologize in advance.
I had a bacon egg and cheese croissant from DD and some hashbrowns
Also a medium iced coffee, black. As usual
Ant gave me one of his meal preps, so its Parmesan and parsley crusted pork loin and sauteed kale. I also have come clementines and an apple sauce packets and whole wheat ritz crackers.

Alright, slacking again. I couldn’t go to the gym yesterday because I had work 8:30 to 5:30 and then class 6:30 to 8 and then I went to hang out with my boyfriend.
As for food, I had 2 eggs over easy, two pieces of white toast.
two green apples
carrots
tomatoes
2 pork wellington things
some garlic alfredo angel hair
I also had some grape nut cereal
a pepperoni log from the amish market
and more tomatoes and carrots in class
I had three beers and shared a small fry with ant, I also had one of his mild wings.
I had two and half nalgenes!
I am also 612.2 hours SMOKE FREEEEEEEEEEEE
cool down! I love being covered in sweat and knowing that I’m working hard.

Happy Tuesday!
Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy on two pieces of white toast
Green smoothie.
Lunch: Leftover garlic alfredo angel hair from OG
2 green apples
carrots
tomatoes
Baked lemon chicken with sauteed onions
Small gorgonzola salad with almonds and cranberries
As a snack:
a few whole wheat ritz crackers
Dinner:
Big salad with blueberries, gorganzola cheese and almonds.
Leftover tofu chinese with broccoli, zucchini, peas and some other stuff.
Went to the gym again and run 2.63 miles. Walked about .75 miles and spent seven minutes on the stair master. Gotta work on finding a gym plan to follow to start toning everything!

Yes, I have fallen off the map this past week. My sister had her baby, I had Main Line’s first show and just a whole lot of bullshit going on this week.
So I’m skipping the past few days, today for breakfast I had a slice of avacado toast and a banana. For lunch I’ll be having leftover chicken tikka masala with basmati rice. Mmmmm
I also had a leftover eggroll and some carrots.
One I got done work, I went to the gym where I ran 3 miles and walked on an incline for a half a mile. I can’t even tell you how happy I am to be running again. Makes my heart so so happy.
I got home and had like half a serving of dill pickle chips, because I desreve it. Some grape tomatoes and Anthony came over and made sauteed kale and parmasean parsley crusted pork tenderloin. Mmmmmm.
We also both had a slice of key lime pie. So goooood.
