Vitamins

I was wanting to know if any one in the wls community has failed to take their vitamins like they are supposed to and what was the outcome?

I constantly forget to take my vitamins after I run out of them. Like I forget to go buy more and have gone for a couple months without taking them. I haven't had any terrible effects, but I definitely feel better and have more energy when I do take them..... I probably should go restock tomorrow haha.

Went back to my oral surgeon today because it's been a month since I got my wisdom teeth out and I'm still having pain in my lower jaw... Turns out there was bone fragments and some food trapped in the pocket. THEY HAD TO CUT ME OPEN AGAIN! After a shit ton of Novocain I watched them dig the hell out of the pocket breaking off pieces of bone. They told me I did really well..... Then I stood up to get my one last Xray, and I FAINTED hahaha. So here's to another week of a swollen face and ice packs. Better heal correctly this time.

Feeling strangely confident. Even though life is pretty shit right now. I'm about to finally go back to school for computer programming in a month to peruse a career I know I can support myself with. Gotta move back in with mum and dad again... But I don't care! I can't wait to get back into school and meet people and actually do college like an adult instead of not doing my homework because there's a party in so and so's place haha.

So I’ve got some work to do, and I can be super amped about getting in shape again like for 2 weeks and then I get distracted and stop. I hate how life throws me off like that.
