Hi again. Sorry for disappearing. I missed you sometimes.

I’m doing okay, and slowly taking one day at a time. I’ve had really great days, while others were fucking doozies. Anxiety is a parrot on your shoulder, repeating your thoughts back to you with a question mark on the end. I haven’t had any panic attacks since last month, and I want it to stay that way. I quit smoking cigarettes and I completely cut out soda from my diet. Baby steps. This is the best my body has felt so far, but now I just need to get this parrot off my shoulder.

I’ve gone on a couple of dates here and there. All from OKCupid and all live in my city. SJ finally apologized to me for how he treated me. I told him to go fuck himself. Since then, he’s unfollowed me on social media.

I have so many great things lined up this summer. I’m about to celebrate one year of living in Astoria and one year of working at my current job. My manager told me today that I’ve transformed and that she and the CEO are proud of me. I’m going to a music festival in one month, Charleston two weeks after that, and Europe for two weeks in September. It’s all good, all good, all good.
