26-year-old Jamarion Robinson’s grandmother Beverly Nixon said her grandson was bipolar and schizophrenic. Still got shot 76 (!!!) times. Would a white person get the same treatment?

The witness said he saw more than a dozen patrol cars at the complex where US Marshals killed Robinson on August 5, 2016. Why were there no behavioral specialist? Surely one of them would know how to interact with a bipolar schizophrenic better than the police.

I’m absolutely disgusted.

"Aw, c'mon, consider it--" Trollex seemed to realize something. "Oh!" He swam forward and reached out to Chaz's chest before he could scramble away from the king.

Trollex brushed his fingers against one pec, slowly burying his fingers in the heart shaped chest hair, before... "Ah!" he murmured in triumph as one finger caught on the edge of something. It had a much smoother curve than he expected, and was barely raised above the skin, but it was there. He quickly moved his hand and pressed the palm directly into the center of Chaz's chest, nodding to himself as he felt the raised bit.

Chaz was flushed at the touch, and smacked Trollex's hand away. "What the heck?!"

Trollex smirked. "Your heart."

Chaz squirmed, uncomfortable. "Uh, yeah, that's where my heart is, in my chest--"

"No, it's on your chest," Trollex insisted, gesturing at his own heart.

Chaz scoffed. "That's just a birthmark!"

"Pretty weird birthmark if it beats."

Chaz folded his arms, covering his chest. "I told you, that's where my heart is. Just under it."

Trollex rolled his eyes, huffing in annoyance. "...can I try something?" He reached out, and Chaz floated backwards. "I promise it will feel nice."

Chaz looked at him warily, but uncrossed his arms. "I'm pushing you hard enough to flip if you do something weird," he muttered.

"Fine by me~" Trollex sang, voice briefly distorted, and then he pressed the tip of one finger directly to the center of Chaz's heart shaped chest hair, framing it with his other fingers. For a long moment, Chaz sat there, wondering just what Trollex was going to do.

And then he tapped.

The finger on the center didn't even lift properly, never losing contact, just pressing an even 128bpm rhythm in to match Trollex's heart. Around it, his other fingers beat out a rhythm, reminiscent of one of Trollex's favorite songs.

Chaz's breath had already caught when the rhythm started, but he gasped as he could feel the pattern being gently beat into his chest. He felt his heart easily speeding up to match it, pounding in a way that it hadn't since he was very small... and he had almost forgotten that, the feeling of a strong, fast rhythm, and he could almost hear something at the edge of his memory, so far faded he almost couldn't grasp it...
