A New Year, a Fresh Clean Start
Since You’ve been gone, many things have happened. I managed to fix my computer. Turns out, Internal Hard drive cable failure, is much better than Hard drive Failure. I’ve found my photos that I thought I had lost forever.
I have been listening to Mark Twain’s autobiography and I love it. He is one of my all time favorite writers. Recently I’ve realized that Twain is the reason I enjoy Hunter S Thompson’s writing style as much as I do. Twain's Advice on writing an autobiography goes something like :
"Start at no particular time of your life, Wander at your free will all over your life; talk only about the thing that interests you for the moment; drop it at the moment its interest starts to pale...It's the first time in history such a method has been discovered."
His reasoning makes sense to me. I don’t understand how to keep a log in a consistent manner. I like to imagine that I could tell you about my travels as they are happening. If I were to do that though, I would spend more time writing than doing. Right now I need to be Doing. Please forgive the delay in updating. Bear with me, and I will tell you about the wonderful and magical experiences that I have had over the past months. UPDATE:
I wrote the above, two months ago. I didn't post it. Who Knows Why? I don’t know How to do this. But, Learning is my favorite thing.
