impulsively bought the hellsing OST, ‘raid’ (from the 2001 anime) last week and i am truly enjoying every second i spend listening to this album it is truly an out of body experience
my worst trait is the fact that i start to fixate on a bunch of things at the same time and then get super overwhelmed because i have a thousand fic ideas in my head and can’t write them all at once

hi ! i’m trying this again as i realized posting late is practically self-sabotage on tumblr nowadays ... hopefully this reaches my target audience (ᵕ—ᴗ—)
i have yet another shigadabi fic wip to share with the class & this one’s actually a part of my published (& ongoing) fic, ‘minute of decay’. i am currently rewriting the fic so a lot has changed since i published it nearly two years ago (i highly advise AGAINST reading the fic on ao3 right now as changes are pending). i was always dissatisfied with how it turned out initially, but now i’m happy to share these excerpts as my work has come a long way since then and i feel like these represent my writing style better !
disclaimer / summary: while shigadabi is featured in this fic, this is primarily a tomura fic (hence why there is no mention of dabi here - these are from the very beginning). tomura is self-destructing throughout the course of this fic, becoming a borderline alcoholic and suffering from hypersomnia and depression; dabi is simply caught in the middle of that destruction ;)
enjoy ! thank you for your continuous support <3

Is it possible for me to chew off the head of your mermaid Dabi in affection
Today it seems that cinema is sinking deeper into cinema and cinematography has slipped out of sight . . . I think the means currently used to attract audiences, such as blockbusters, international stars, escapist cinema—I'm not talking about cinematography but cinema—might be a solution but not a long-term one. A better solution would be to discover this cinematography, the poetry of cinematography, and let young directors, a new race of cinematography poets, find a way.
