I listened to a bunch of WtNV episodes (56 to be exact), and it felt like a chore, there was this whole super funny and absurd world unfolding in my ears, but the whole radio speech makes it incredibly hard to focus and actually process what Cecil is saying.

then yesterday I started Hello from the Hallowoods, and I encountered the same exact problem; I turned that one off after 3 episodes, I kept having to rewind it.

it's a pity, because both worlds seem incredibly interesting (although Hello from the Hallowoods is a bit more engaging for me), but the speaking style just completely ruins it for me.

anyways, in the past few days I've gotten hooked on How I Died, realized the seasons are short and there's only 3 of them out so I stopped after the season 2 finale (although I would like to add that the ad breaks are straight up ruining the episodes. and no, I can't afford their stupid patreon and I shouldn't be punished for being broke by completely throwing me out of the mood and flow of every single episode. I hate feeling straight up bullied into paying for a luxury I simply can't afford.)
