Regular Wrist Care Reminder!
Remember to take care of your wrists everyone! Even if you aren’t an artist, please take care of your wrists, even a lot of typing can cause strain.
And your elbows too! They can have their own host of problems if you keep them bent a lot. Stretch your forearms, look up good wrist and forearm exercises and stretches.

I was looking up wrist braces when I found this little gem. My wrist takes a lot of abuse, so I’m hoping this will help. (I used to do BMX and had a few nasty spills on my dominant wrist).
