Ive spent the last few days grinding the new Lego Batman game

I get that the attention span of the average dumbass has decreased significantly over the past few years but theres a limit to it

So what do I mean by "Netflixication"?

Ever notice how Netflix shows and movies tend to explain what happens all the time, and mainly for shows, take for example the last season of stranger things, every episode or so we get a character going over the plans, its this constant feed of information to make sure the person who is on their phone while "watching" can understand at a minimum what is happening, because again, the average idiot has the attention span of a fucking fruit fly.

But Foxxy how does this apply to video games?

Everything actually, lately my friend has been playing the outer worlds 2, and to be honest the first game has a good story, the type of game isnt for me, I can admit that, but my friend loves the first game, so when they got to the 2nd game we noticed how much they explained everything, everyone has something to say to basically say the same thing over and over

Video games have evolved to make sure the average dimwit knows what happens at all time, because what if they didnt hear the first time? Gotta make sure they KNOW!! Theres a clear difference between the 2 games, and its not good, and its not just that, its the oversimplification of stories and themes, its the stupid yellow paint, its the everything that got added in the past few years because no one has the attention span to keep going for more than an hour without getting bored.

From January 2nd to October 31st: Halloween

From November 1st to December 25th: Christmas

Then December 26th to December 30th: nothing
