THE ENCOUNTER

being in the demon slayer corps has brought a lot of pain to you, you’ve witness and performed countless deaths, and the most traumatizing part was losing your family right in front of your eyes, your own loved ones right when you were only 17. you quit right after that. you couldn’t take it anymore and you apologized heavily to master but you just couldn’t anymore.

that was until 4 years later when multiple demons of different levels showed up in your area. still having your equipment in your house you decided that was your only option left. but before you could even go out there you managed to hear another voice, but this voice was… human? so you finally snuck out and tried to watch what was going on. a demon slayer by the looks of it with blond hair and red tips was fighting with a demon, but would he be able to take all 5 that were there? to your surprise he had already taking 4 down too quick and smooth.

but wait, where is the last one???

“fuck”

you realize there was only one possible answer. so you drew your sword and quickly turned around. but you were too late. the demon kicked your sword out of you hand.

was this from your lack of training from the past 4 years? the demon was about to topple you but at the last minute the mystery man sliced his head off just in the nick of time

“thanks, but you should leave.” you said while keeping your distance
