Hello my fellow peeps deep in the throes of depression, a really fast and simple thing that does actually help you feel slightly less miserable is to open your windows on nice days, especially when it's windy enough to create a breeze. It doesn't cure your depression by any means, but the combination of fresh air (especially if you can't clean often) and the ambient noise of a world existing can do wonders for your mental health even when you can't get out of bed for anything else.

And if you live somewhere you can't open the window, then opening the blinds and looking/listening to the outdoor world can help too!
