BC Hydro has released the latests construction schedule for Site C during October 26th to November 8th, 2015.

The BC Government has committed to spending $100,000 to future operations of deer management. Also a Provincial Urban Deer Advisory Committee was created.

The curbside recycle program in Fort St. John has delayed its launch date to October or early November 2015.

The affordability of houses in Fort St. John is currently decreasing because of the demand for housing in the area has increased with the Site C project.

The worker accommodations plans are underway for the Site C project. ATCO Structures & Logistics has been given the contract to complete the accommodations.

Plant trees in your community to make it a greener and cleaner place to live. Fort St. John residents will get a rebate back for planting the right type of trees.

The Site C Dam project is predicted to increase economic growth and employment in Northern B.C including cities like Fort St. John.

Safe stop is a program designed to teach the people of Fort St. John about driving safety when it comes to school buses and the safety of the children.

The first projects in the construction of the Site C Dam will involve massive excavation, construction, and clean up jobs in the Peace Region.

Pitch-In Week start May 24th with the community taking part in an annual clean up the city program aimed to make Fort St. John a cleaner city to live in.

There is being a greater shortage of doctors in the Fort St. John area in recent years and the concern is getting bigger. New doctors need to be recruited.
