Some more Isabelia concept doodles 🙌 I’m trying very hard to figure out what jewellery I want for her and what her headdress will look like.

I LiVe. So here’s a concept of Isabelia, the empress of Zargono and all the Equusans. I’ve doodled her so many times but haven’t gotten around to any full body concepts for her until now 🤣👌

I’m still trying to figure out the proper size for baby equusans but as a new born Kek probably wouldn’t be above 2-3ft tall. Though he wouldn’t be able to stand quite yet. Unlike actual horses, the equusan babies are quite dependent on their mothers in the beginning since they can’t walk or hold themselves up. Then they get a little growth spurt and all they wanna do is prance around like little baby Kek here~!

So I’m held up at an airport at the moment so I thought I’d post a glimpse at a giraffe equusan I’ve been working on~! 🙌 Besides horses, I thought I’d extend the range of characteristics an equusan could have making it so that they have multiple races. At some point I’ll make a few more references of the different types that I imagine~!

As ironic as it is, Kek’s number one pet peeve would be when people want to be loud and brag about themselves. He just can’t stand self-centred people 🤷‍♀️ Even though he, himself, kinda acts cocky but at least he cares for others quite a lot in the end~! 💕

This took me longer than I wanted it too but that’s expected since I haven’t touched up on my digital skills in a while-. But look, it’s Kek!! Digitally drawn and coloured Kek!! I’m so happy I got my tablet working and drew him. I haven’t made a good coloured ref of him in forever. But now you all get to see him in all his glory~! Kek is based off a shire horse in his colouring and his size. He is by far is the largest equusan character I have since he stands at 15ft and weighs over 3,500lbs-. Besides being a big boy though, he’s really just a big baby 😂 Don’t let him convince you otherwise. As for his ‘clothes’ and jewellery, I think I’m definitely going to stick with this blue and gold theme since it’s nice against his black and white colouring~! Since he is a misunderstood character, I used to use red for him but recently decided yellow and blue were better. The pattern for the cloth might change, so what I drew is kind of a place holder for now~. 🙌 There may be another surprise picture of him soon too if I can get around to finishing it but you guys can have this for now~ 💕

It shouldn’t have taken me this long to post a mermaid, or in this case a merman, for mermay but here is my new boy~! 😂 His name is Mavi meaning ‘blue’ and he’s based off my new betta fish~! I first doodled him at work on receipt paper since I had Mavi the betta sitting with me for inspiration. I hope you guys like my new angsty betta merman son~! 🤣💕

So something a little different~! These are some sketches I did during my drawing class today of my bearded dragon, Drago~! He’s going to be the subject for my final in this class so I wanted to do some practice gestures of him~! 💖

So I decided I’d share another original species of mine~! So along with the equusans and dragenani we now have these guys, the realanectrum~! They come from a planet I’ve named Illusidon because my inspiration for it was illusions and things on the planet are not what they seem a lot of the times. The realanectrum themselves have gone through so many changes and designs. They don’t have eyes now but I’ve tried eyes on them before and just preferred them without. Again, many thanks to my bubbh @freeindarkness for helping me in my efforts to solidify a design for these guys 🙏 I can’t actually guarantee that they won’t change again but I’m pretty happy with this design so far lol. The realanectrum are essentially almost molerat people and they do in fact love underground on their planet since the surface is so dangerous. Their crests, number of tendrils, and fingers on the neck change depending on their bloodlines. Realanectrum lower on the totem pole will have more developed fingers/hands on their necks for protection against the dirt and dust around them because they are the working class. Realanectrum that have more lucky familial line will have the less developed fingers as you can see in my two characters above. Overall there are not many differences between the males and females besides females having slightly different builds for the purpose of conceiving children. The realanectrum are a very pretentious species and they like to flaunt that they’re better than others even though they’re like giant molerat people-. They are incredibly intelligent though which doesn’t help with their egos. Anyways, I hope you enjoy my bastard rat children 😂👌

This was sort of a test doodle to show what some of Draginis looks like while also showcasing the equian’s colors 🙌 Of course I hope to draw environments more digitally considering colored pencils aren’t always helpful. But I just wanted to do something quick to show that most of Draginis appears wastelandish and the sky is red. Any other biomes or nature on Draginis is actually housed in huge glass domes that the dragenani have constructed to preserve it. Because after years of war and pollution, most of their world has been left barren. Of course some animals still exist outside of the domes, such as the equians since they’ll hunt other scavengers and such~ . And the dragenani live outside of the domes as well. I will explore more of the environments eventually and share them with you guys~! 🙌
