Incredibly detailed print by a talented Formlabs printer user!
User Gillesalexandre expertly sculpted the flowing form of this dancer and her amazingly detailed and delicate hair.
Matt Burniston is known on our forums for his Mega Plush model, but he recently used his Form 1+ to print this lifelike bust of Winston Churchill with an inconsiderate pigeon on his hat.

I finally got my decent camera working this afternoon so I was able to document my first inital #3dprints with the #form1+ printer.
The Ubin sculpt is about 2 1/2 inches tall and just shows the sort of detail you can get with this amazing printer!
The soldier (printed in 3 pieces and about 6 inces tall) shows how technical and temperamental the tech is however, as there were several errors on the print (more down to my error really).
It’s been a real learning process so far and hopefully I will be able to start on some more ambitious projects with the printer soon :)

Scientists at the European Space Agency (ESA) have constructed a 3D model of icy comet “67p” using photographs taken in space by robot “Philae” – and 80 of them will be printed the Formlabs 3D printer.

The model was printed at 100 microns from scan data from a 3Shape Trios IntraOral scanner. After printing the STL they used a Scheu pressure former to make the dental retainer on a Formlabs 3D printer.

This presentation model of a suturing device was created for a university project, envisaging a medical device for 2030. All parts were printed on a Formlabs 3D printer, except the acrylic screen.
