I am a grown ass woman who cannot control herself around food. Unfortunately, my awesome new job requires many hours alone in a kitchen full of food.

I seriously have unsupervised access to so much food for 8 hours a day.

I have gum, I bring low cal snacks and such every day, I try to guzzle as much water as I can, and yet- if there are leftovers, I eat them like an animal. If anyone were to actually walk in for something, I’d be so ashamed and embarrassed, and probably fired.

I am eating things I don’t even like, and don’t even want to eat. Just bc they are there and no one is around to see me.

Pleeease- how can I stop this subconscious need to stuff my face? Do you have something over the counter that kills your appetite? Do you have something that you do that wakes your brain up so you can stop it from binging?
