Greetings I am Star o/ (or Forest, or Foreststar) I am just here to have fun and scream into the ether about the stuff I like. Sometimes I may go a bit without posting anything tho bc words do not always work for me

Also I like dragons, swords, stars, soundtracks, pretty much anything fantasy and nature, etc. I adore stories of any kind! I’m studying classics and linguistics so I talk a lot about that, and my favorite hobby is swinging swords at my friends (HEMA—historical european martial arts, I mainly do longsword)

I always appreciate being tagged in tag games even if I do not always do them! And mutuals esp newer ones I am very cowardly about tagging (and also try to cycle through who I tag and not do too many people at once) but I love you all and know that you are always welcome to jump in untagged

From a distance he doesn’t seem like someone you’d expect that from at all—most people (in-universe) only know him from the death and destruction he brings everywhere he goes, and the ease and apparent glee with which he does so, and write him off as your typical evil cackling madman. It’s what made Zam betray him in paranoia, what motivated Parrot to expose him as the Invisible Knight, what had Lettuce hunting him down.

And yet. No matter how he’s been hurt by them, Wemmbu always seems easily willing to give his enemies a chance to become allies. He forgives so shockingly easily, especially for what you’d expect from that kind of character. Sure, he’ll go for vengeance right after being wronged, but you have to really piss him off or force his hand even for that, otherwise he just seems to prefer running off to be left alone. My favorite example of this is his friendship with Jaden—they were at each other’s throats for so long in so many different conflicts, with Jaden even killing Rejoice which really seemed to affect Wemmbu. And then—one little fresh start, which Wemmbu himself took the initiative to create, and now they are such close friends that Jaden is readily willing to give up everything to be by Wemmbu’s side in a time of hardship. Then there’s ofc the whole Zam situation—Zam betrays Wemmbu, they rip each other to pieces until they’re both weak enough to be taken prisoner, then when locked together Wemmbu is already proposing they trust each other again to escape. He and Flame are always at each other’s throats one second and then fighting together against the world the next. Wemmbu chooses to let Lettuce live even after he threw him in prison and hunted him down like an animal across half the server. Hell even in this latest Arachnid disaster Wemmbu seemed more focused on getting out of there than taking vengeance on Arachnid before he left until recently when it’s clear Arachnid isn’t going to just give Egg up, and even then it seems to me more out of making sure Arachnid can’t try anything again than out of a need to punish him.
