I am not rooting for a team, I am rooting for a driver because there would be no team without the driver.
I care only about Charles & Max, and I don’t give a single fuck about what happens to their teams if they are not having a good time.
there is also a number of drivers who I like but I wouldn’t cry over their dns/dnf and wouldn’t be happy for them to win if that meant Charles or Max having a bad result (except maybe Nico H could win and I would genuinely be happy for him no matter what)
for Charles & Max - they are equally favourite to me. if they had a real championship battle, I’d root for Charles because Max already has four wins, and Charles deserves it, too. at the same time I wouldn’t be disappointed with Max’s fifth.
that quote from Charles about sticking up with him is so, so heartbreaking because no, Charlie, it will never be hard to stick with you. I loved you since the very first race I watched, and this ain’t gonna change because of a few bad weekends.
this season is so shit with these fuckass regulations, yo-yo overtakes and constant dnfs because of the freaking power issues. but I still and will always believe in Charles and Max, and will always root for them to keep showing everyone how great they are.
