how long did it take you to learn how to do the splits?

I’m not exactly sure how long it took; I remember I got my right splits about 6 years ago and my left last week haha. I would’ve gotten my left maybe around the start of the year if I dedicated myself properly, but I got a bit lazy, and I favour my right leg too much.

The only way to get them (unless you’re naturally super flexy) is to stretch every day. If you’re really working towards them and wanting results, you should be doing lunges, straddles, stretch-overs and other stretches that I’ve mentioned in my replies at least twice a day.
