Listed below are instructions on how you can set up an account. ·        Go to FoothillsStaffing.com ·        Scroll to the bottom of the page ·        In the green footer under Additional Resources click on Access Portal ·        Your username is the first 4 letters of your last name, the first 3 letters of your first name and the last 4 digits of your social security number, combined (all lowercase letters) ·        Example: Say John Smith’s SSN is 123456789. His username would be smitjoh6789 ·        Your password is your full social security number (no spaces nor dashes) (If you are registering as a new employee, an email will be sent to your email. Make sure you register in the first 10 minutes or the email for registration will expire) Once you are logged in you will see options ·        Select Check History o  Select pay check date (its slow be patient) o   Print or save in the right hand corner. *The website is best compatible with computers or laptops. We ask employees to keep in mind if they did not sign the electronic agreement form when they started with our agency you may need to reach out to our office in order to confirm your information to view your W-2.
