Regard this canvas like you'd approach a piece of paper with a marker squiggle already drawn on it. You can rotate it any way you please, but not mirror it, and no matter what way you turn it, you can't erase the first squiggle, only incorporate it into your work the best you see how. Have fun, and let me see the results!

I noticed people in the notes weren't rotating the squiggle, so I wanted to offer some interpretations with the limited capabilities of my phone art program + my finger. The vase of flowers kind of loses its squiggle because my program can't isolate the line unless I painstakingly erase the white background little by little, so I just painted over it. Same reason I decided not to color the dress.

i give up on this one. perspective is hard. :( i’m fine with painting techniques but what i m struggling to grasp is perspective and how to paint a scene with depth.

also, i'm proud of my background. i did not have enough energy to continue actually shading the rest of them lol

i remember spending multiple hours detailed cell-shading the second one because i wasn't a fan of the Smooth Shading but the layers simply do not exist anymore, so.

rose lalonde is a water bender from the northern water tribe who taught herself combat bending after she left her hometown.  kanaya maryam is an earth bender who’s bending comes from formal schooling and no actual combat practice; she owns her own clothing boutique in ba sing se’s middle sector.  terezi pyrope is an airbender, descended from an air nomad who managed to escape the genocide at the start of the 100 year war; she is blind, and uses her airbending to feel her surroundings, and to detect acute smells (and bring certain scents closer for her synthesia).
