This is a Korean food called āSpicy Beef Intestines Hot Potā (Gopchang Jeongol) if you like tripe and hot pot then you will definitely love this! Please give it a try!

So, I had a really hectic day, no - a hectic weekend, SATURDAY. I was haggard and exhausted. My house was flooded with waterā¦š«Ø Took around 5 hours to clean up the messā¦
I didnāt even get to eat all day so I felt strengthless and tired. I had to go grab protein š Heck naw, I am not going to cook tonight!
I wanted to somehow reward myself and got IN-N-OUT. I got 3x3, 1 animal FF, and 1 regular FF.
Taking out on food made me feel better... ..right, I just probably wanted to indulge in food āļø

Iāve been craving Cheese pizza for ages! I donāt eat pizza often but meng, Iām currently suffering from a severe cold (I just got back from a trip) and I had to order one, I just had to š„¹
As you can see, I am a very classic person. I only need Cheese/Pepperoni and Costco pizza works well for me. (I some times like Pineapples on mine tho š¤«)
My original plan was to eat Pizza & Beer after I get back from this trip. I need to do Pizza again but this time with Beer once I fully recover from this stinky cold š¤§

I went to a restaurant called āDaveās Hot Chicken" We were hangry and I ended up with Chicken Sandwich again š I ordered #4 - 1 Slider w/ Fries, Heat level: Extra Hot The hottest one is Reaper. I tried the āExtra Spicyā instead of āReaperā since I am traveling. It was tolerable š except for that I am sitting on the š½ working on this post right now š
