"Good morning! And in case I don't see ya: Good afternoon, good evening, and good night!"
-> Not really a spoiler I just kept thinking of that quote the whole time I drew
...
I'm definitely not late to the Part 2 finale party.
Congrats to the (insane) Baek Daeksoo for giving us yet another Part to GSGW that adds more questions than it answers though.
...Choi really has the uh... Cerulean Blue Orbs in this one.

[Thoughts]
Spoilers for Part 2 ending :D
(I'm just reaching real far out the box for an allegory)
[Thoughts] -Mild spoilers?-
Maybe the real horror in GSGW is being a character and the author making you eat your words every time.
Like if someone makes a joke about another character like "oh at least you still have all your limbs", the plot would immediately veer to make it so that that character never escapes the mansion of the blind, roughly 100 chapters later.
Every throwaway sentence is suspicious.
You think, 'oh what a silly morbid joke' and then bam its real and when you reread it, you can't look at it with the same light in your eyes.
[Slight spoilers for the start of part 2 from here]
Like Jesam's joke about 'haha what if you joined the security team'
It was amusing but not anymore.
[Spoilers for episode 300-310~ from here]
Which makes me really worried about that specific line to Not Wake the Extra Lizard Body.
The text I'm reading is a bit fragmented because of MTL but I don't think he's really putting in the work and the hours to hide the body.
Also how do I hide the text chungus for spoilers. I'm not seeing the vision and I am blind.
Emotes I drew tonight π«Άπ

Really like the 'see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil' thing with these three. Seen it a lot but its always banger so heres my contribution (hopefully a decent one)
Flower meanings taken from: https://www.gutenberg.org/files/31591/31591-h/31591-h.htm
[Pink] Allspice: Compassion [White] Milkvetch: Stability and Resilience
[Yellow] St John's Wort: Animosity/ Superstition [Purple] Agnus Castus: Coldness (Not the best symbolisms but I couldn't really find better flowers in the link to cuss out BSH)
[Pink] Meadow Lychnis: Wit [White] Dogsbane: Deceit [Green stick thing] Arbor Vitae: Unchanging friendship. "Live for me." [Pink thing] Braun: A Good Friend! Look at him!
Note: Flowers drawn might not directly correlate to given meaning as the PDF was detailed on flowers and their meanings, but not specifically which... kind of that flower... like dogsbane has quite a few variants.
[Mini storytime?]
GSGW has actually pushed me to learn Korean not because of the novel itself but because the site I read on got nuked. (And that I'm stubborn and think Google Translate is doing too well at confusing me with 'Agent Galaxy')
It was all going quite well. I figured Korean grammar was actually quite easy... compared to this other language (starts with J ends with 'apanese')
I was later hit with the steel bat that is present tense and verbs.
Who made μλ€? Who sat down and went "but i want the present verb form to be anjayo without it being like three words long in the da-form"?
But when you read μλ€ on its own theres no 'j/ch' sound. Its silent. Why? Why bring this Franken-word into play?
Learn Korean they said. Its easy and straightforward they said :,,D??
Damn we have matching origin stories lol
But we have started out diffrently--what tf is μλ€?
It means 'to sit'. I strongly believe they came up with the present tense first before coming up with μλ€. Who thinks like that :,D
[Adding this bc I just saw the tags] You can use apps to learn? I'm using lingory and its quite kind and slow paced (mostly bc I take three days to do their 'one day' course) but its quite intuitive and beginner-friendly
...despite my complains about that word yes
We pronounce μλ€ as anda because anjda would be impossible to pronounce! We do this thing where if thereβs two batchims and thereβs no vowel behind it(Like μλ€, where the γ΄γ is immediately followed by a γ·, or λ, where it just ends with the γΉγ±. Compare this to μμ, where γ΄γ is followed by a vowel.) we decide to ignore one batchim. So in μλ€ you ignore the γ .
But which batchim to ignore? Thatβs pretty simple.
If weβre talking about γΉγ , γΉγ±, or γΉγ (we use the mnemonic device Rome, Reggae, Rapper) you ignore the first consonant. With everything else you ignore the second consonant.
Ahh I see.
Thank you fellow citizen πββοΈ
Phrase of the day:
μ’λλ€
I'm so fucked
Jot dwaet da
Friend how are you learning that without even touching μλ€? π₯Ή

green... because i started with that from another piece im working on
They honestly have such an intriguing dynamic. Like coming home to a dog thats really excited (and respectful) to see you, but its also committed five warcrimes, two of which are unspeakable, while you were gone.
I cant draw... rabbits.... have a weird chiikawa appropriation instead
