Leaning against Locus’s chest, he turns to wind his arms around him, gently rubbing his back. “Hey, of course he’s gonna like you, dude. You’re awesome. Junior’s a little shy sometimes, but once he gets used to you, he’s gonna love you. Trust me, I know my kid.”

Putting the pictures away, Tucker draws closer, leaning into Locus’s space. He frowns a little as he rests his head against Locus’s arm. “Why wouldn’t he? You’re awesome, dude. And… you’re really important to me and all, and so’s Junior, so… just makes sense you guys’d get along.”

Honestly, he doesn’t even realize how much he’s babbling. There’s just so much to say about Junior. Pausing for breath, Tucker tips his head back to grin up at Locus. “Fuck yeah I am, dude. Junior’s the best kid ever. He’s so fucking cool, man. You gotta meet him some day, he’d love you.”

Tucker always has at least a dozen pictures of Junior on him at all times. He pulls a few out of his pockets and holds them up for Locus to see. “Look, he’s so cool, right? And this one’s of him at a spelling bee–he had a little trouble with the human words, but he kicked ass at the alien ones. And this one–this was on Halloween, I made him the costume. It’s supposed to be a dinosaur, but I kinda fucked up on the head so it looks sorta weird, but he got a ton of candy anyway. And this one–”

If Locus doesn’t stop him, they’re gonna be here all day.

Locus looks at all the pictures, a soft smile on his lips. It was cute seeing how happy Tucker got when talking about his kid. He’s going to let Tucker continue showing him pictures, he certainly doesn’t mind it. While Tucker’s child may be an alien, he doesn’t seem to have much of a problem with it.

“Fuck yeah, I do, dude. I’ve shown you pictures before right? Hang on, you gotta see this one of him dunking a basketball, it’s awesome!”
