Will wasn’t completely sure which world, or what - there were probably more than just the three he knew of - he’d cut himself into. He just needed somewhere to lay low... and hopefully blend in.

                 “Yeah, you’re not wrong.” oooo, this is a deeper sitch than she initially thought. Kid’s so down, she couldn’t even tell you what color his eyes are because he barely looks at her. Faith pushes her fists into the pockets of a little black denim jacket, cranes her neck to try and catch his gaze, “What about you? Lookin’ like the bottom dropped out. You okay?”

               Oh yeah, she can see the weird-out on his face but, in his defense, at least his response is measured. Faith shrugs her jacket on, fixes the fit of the collar, “I get it. Gotta maxi-wig over that kinda stuff, but it’s over.” although. She winces a little, thoughtfully, and shrugs, “I mean, it’s never over. Can’t never just relax, you know? Need to be on it all the time but I got my head put on straight. Don’t plan to go back.”

“Wait! I’m not–” Insisting was probably not going to be helpful, hee ran up behind him anyway and said. “At least let me buy you a first aid kit and some food, then I’ll leave you be.” He hoped that the other would take him up on the offer, it’s not like going into a pharmacy to buy a first aid kit and some snacks was secluded enough to attack him.

Honestly he’d probably follow the guy to see what kind of danger he was attracting. Multiversal threats weren’t anything to be taken lightly.

Will skidded to a stop as the strange man followed him up. Crap. “Who said I need a first aid kit? I’m fine.” 

                 It’s a valid question but it still earns a small, bitter smirk, because he’s asking the wrong question to the worst person he could possibly ask, “I don’t straight-up murder people anymore. Feel like that’s progress.”

Peter couldn’t help narrowing his eyes slightly, the guy didn’t seem to recognize him at all which he would normally be glad for. But he had been in the news so much lately?JJ slandering him on the time square screen and people spouting stupid things about how they thought they knew him on news stations and in news papers? It was odd, especially coupled with the feeling he was getting.

He did his best to make his expression relax before responding. “I know you’re not from this word, you feel…weird.” He didn’t feel dangerous though. “Do you need help?” He couldn’t just finish dodging his way to the Tower on his own if he did, and if someone from another world was here again? Figuring out why was probably a good idea.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Will almost immediately said. He swallowed, sweat prickling at his forehead as his shit hand throbbed behind his back. He didn’t know what that meant. This guy - he didn’t have a daemon, so clearly that wasn’t Will’s give away. He backed up slightly.

Will wasn’t positive what world he’d cut himself into. It didn’t look like Lyra’s realm, and he was pretty positive it wasn’t his own. He looked around, keeping his right hand tucked away in his pocket. He frowned, keeping his head sort of down to keep a low profile but at some point, one had to look up. Things weren’t too  different - but they were definitely different enough that it might be a problem. Specifically... money. Food.
