Lately, the remnants of you are making it so hard to be alone. Now I look in the mirror, broken shattered memories that you can replace but never forget. If only time could tell us all the people we’ll regret. It’s been difficult to admit to myself that there is a world outside of the one you showed me. Even now, all I know to be true is that I can’t love someone new without the bittersweet reminders of you.
