I’ve been very busy lately preparing to move away to college and I’ve been having a bit of a rough time the past couple of days with some personal things, but I’ve got some free time tonight and tomorrow!

Hi there! I’d like to sincerely apologize for being so absent lately. I’ve just been really busy what with exams and closing out my senior year of high school (I’m going to college yay) and just with life in general. And for the tutorial, are you asking about the hidden links on the home page of casowl? Like where you click “+ MORE LINKS” and the links pop up on the right?

I actually looked at this to figure that out. If you’re good with coding, you might be able to figure out how to format it, add transitions, and get rid of the hide button if you want. If any part of that confuses you, feel free to ask for help, and if you don’t get it at all, let me know and I can have a tutorial posted within about two weeks!

Honestly, I usually just use Google Images. Like if I want a pretty mountain picture I’ll start with “mountain wallpaper” or something and see what I can find.

But I know that can get annoying and that you won’t always be able to find the kind of picture you want in a high enough quality, so if you want, you could check out this blog, this post, or this website. That last one is my favorite.

I am extremely busy this week with choir and AP Calc and work, so I won't be online but for a few minutes every day.

Those of you who follow my main blog might already know about this, but a little while ago I became aware of someone trying to steal my code by copying the source code directly from my themes.

Seeing red, I made a post explaining the situation, which wasn’t a good idea because then the person knew that I knew what they were doing. They then deleted the blog they were working on and started doing it on another one, but I found that one, too, and it angered me even more that they were so persistent.

I think that they know how I was finding them, because all of a sudden I was blocked from viewing which blog they were using (I worked my way around this after a few minutes). I won’t go into the details of how I found them or how I think they blocked me from seeing them, because on the off chance that they don’t know how I found them, I’d like for them to stay in the dark on that.

To prevent this from happening again, I have blocked right clicking on my main blog and my theme blog so that they can’t view my source code (if you install one of my themes, right clicking will not be disabled, so don’t worry about that). Sorry if you use right clicking for something not horrible, but I didn’t have much of a choice in the matter.

I'm going to assume you're talking about the network theme I posted yesterday. If that's the case, I have bad news and good news. If that's not the case, feel free to correct me and tell me what theme/page you are talking about, but what I tell you will be pretty much the same.

Bad News

Technically, it's possible, but you would have to be very skilled with coding to do it and it would be a lot of work and take up a lot of time, so you might as well make an entirely separate page and just style it similarly. It's just not really worth it to edit the already existing page to be open (non-container).

Good News

I am currently accepting requests, so if you don't feel up to the challenge of doing it on your own, I'd be glad to do it for you! Here are the details:

Of course, you'll have to send me another message giving me a more detailed description of what exactly you want

I currently have this going on (today is the last day to enter), so after I choose winners for that, those requests will be my top priority (if you want to enter, you have until 12am eastern time, and there's a chance you could win!)

I prefer when people message me off anon because it's faster and easier for me to communicate since I can reply privately (which I always do), so I prioritize those people as well. If you want to stay anonymous, that's fine, just know that I might take a little longer to fill your request.
