I used one of my photocopies of my big scale robot so I could add color to it. I ended up using tones of colors such as blacks, browns, greys, blues, and oranges. Adding color at the bottom of the robot to the small areas first to figure out the other areas to color in. I'm surprised how well the colors work together and how good it looks so far. I should be able to finish it in time as I did a decent amount. However, we haven't got long left.

I have looked at the Sweet Tooth comic books before as I still like the style of them because of the sketchy look with the tone of colors. I especially like the dear skeleton image in the background on this one with the combined colors used. It's a series written and drawn by Jeff Lemire and published by DC comics. Following a boy who is human deer hybrid within a post-apocalyptic world as a virus caused the rise of hybrid children. Netflix did adapt it into a series but changed things like characters' backgrounds and specific events.

When it comes to my layers on Photoshop, I try not to have too many, so I don't get confused. However, I do put them into categories such as background, outlines, color, and titles if I have one, making it easier to change and reorganise.

Next, I added in the comic logo using a Marvel logo, but I might change it to a different one. With doing the tagline friendships comes in all sorts of sizes, I put it above the title. However, I move it soon after and am now thinking of putting it at the bottom of the poster. Lastly, adding the color to the title using the colors I already had used not working out. So I used a light brown and black working quite well so far running out of time to finish it being so close.

I sometimes have trouble describing the artwork or the work in general, putting my thoughts and ideas into sentences that make sense, especially to begin with.

I began a new worksheet trying to draw Thomas the boy from behind working at his workshop to build his robots and tech. As you can see, it didn't go well at first but went better on the other two attempts. Including things like a laptop, tools, workplans, and a lamp that clicks on the side of the table. This was tricky for me because I am still learning how to draw from different angles and perspectives. His Dad left him, so he went to the scrapyard to hide, finding the robot to bring it back to life.

Drawing robots with silhouette on Photoshop is done by drawing a big shape first, and then smaller shapes look like a robot. keeping it simple and not over complicating. The next step is to use the eraser tool, which can add details while changing it until you like it. He has done many silhouettes using this process, and even though they are simple, they still look really cool. I would happily try this technique, and he does online classes on his channel.

This video is about creating a mech or robot silhouette design to paint, as he does a quick demo for a custom silhouette. By painting on top of silhouettes from the internet. Taking parts of the ones he has to create your own new silhouette that could be vehicle, medical robot, or a robot for war. Not doing a front view is generic, where three4 views are just more entertaining to the viewer. He firstly takes parts of the silhouette, keeping it simple while using the lasso tool to select and copy into a new document on Photoshop. Doing the same thing using over silhouettes this time from the robotic legs on separate layers. Repeating this and changing the shape of the silhouette parts, making some stylish mechas.

He shows how to create designs for robots using custom brushes, as it's important to check your brush setting and shapes. Then, he changed the settings, and a brush size also stroke. He firstly thinks of shapes and then creates silhouettes and shadows of the design, but it could change at times. Doing a quick sketch of the parts with the neck making different brushes. Then, move to the lighter parts and identify the light source with the portions, value, and blending two colors. His end result and the end of the video dose look very awesome.

Continue doing my comic poster, Lost Robot, with this time, starting to draw more of the scrapyard like broken down cars using reference to draw them in front of the robot. Then, I drawed the title myself, having metal and tires using a drawing tablet again. I could have downloaded a font from dafont, but I thought it would look much better with doing my own design title, which came out extremely well. I started to add the color to the ground of the scrapyard along with the broken-down cars doing separate colors for each one, thinking at first, it didn't look good, however liking it in the end. I lastly coloured in the robot with a base color for green that it came from the army. Likeing the look of it so far, and I'm on track to finishing it in time.

Lost Robot. I continued to draw my comic poster on Photoshop with the robot like a plate with the name of the robot Flanker on it, mostly finishing it, feeling like it was not completed but wasn't sure what to add next. So I Then drew over the base drawing of Thomas, the boy I did changing the outfit to have a cloak like thing, and some of the outline to the scrapyard. I am planning to go back to the robot to add more detail tomorrow when I carry on working on it.

Carried on with this worksheet, drawing another robot and trying to draw the inside of the vehicle again from a corner angle, but still struggling, which came out more of a side angle. Then, I thought of drawing the vehicle from above coming out well, having things like a hammock, cupboards, benches, and worktops. Next, I moved on to a previous worksheet with my big scale robot to use the tool and the Matt Black ink more. So I could finish the worksheet off with the background and a tiny drawing of the boy looking over at the robot.
