On the edge of Snæfellsjökull, a peak shrouded in mystery and legend sits this abandoned house.

Via Flickr: This was luck. As I was getting ready to shoot the sun glowing through the Pyramide du Louvre in Paris, France, these young ladies strolled right into the frame.

Via Flickr: Part of the fun when I shot around the Louvre was playing with angles. I typically don’t like pictures that have been purposefully rotated, but I thought I’d try it and I have a soft spot for the result.

Via Flickr: After a 20 minute walk through a farmers sheep pens and over some hills you are greeted by Dunlough Castle at Three Castle Head. With a wall running from the cliffs down to the sea and across to a lough this was in a defensible place. Remote. Go. You’ll have it to yourself.
