hi y'all i was thinking about pokémon trainers recently and missing y'all and playing bryony....... i think unfortunately the chances of me bringing her back here are about none; i loved playing her and it genuinely really deeply warmed my heart to play someone who was deeply loved by her community and got to love and support them in turn, and i'm so grateful to everyone who bought into and enjoyed bryony's shtick of being so caring and so let her do so!!! but she got left in a really weird place last i was playing her in a way that i don't think i'm ever going to enjoy picking up from, and i'm not sure i can handle a reset, either.

maybe i'll come back someday as a new character but for now!!! idk how many of the folks i used to play with are still around, but if you wanna get back in touch ask for my discord; i'm still in most of the servers i was in when i still played so theoretically you can find and add me from there. i'd be happy to do a last q&a about bryony, who had some plot threads and questions left unanswered, if anyone was interested. i still get email notifications for asks so you can send me one and i'll see it!

oh no!!!!! um can you recall it to its pokéball? maybe once it is in its phone you can talk about your decor and see if you can reach an agreement? or maybe it just needs more enrichment and you should find it an overgrown lawn to mow through instead!!!

i am really really sorry, i do really like grass-types and generally know a lot about them and i know that technically when it is in a lawnmower a rotom is a grass-type but it is more like...a ghost-type possessing a grass-type, you know?

nix!! my friend nix!!!!! i am doing ok!! i am buuuuusy busy busy at the market, it is summertime and so of course slateport is bustling. the house is back to being empty besides me and the usual suspects hehe, no fosters and no guests, so i am spending a lot of time at the market anyway. so i guess all i have to talk about is work really 😅

one showed up on the roof of my apartment building this week. don't know where it came from, but i think it's trying to eat the pidgeys that land up there sometimes

um this is a little gross maybe but how successful has it been at eating the pidgey? i do not want the gory details but i am asking because usually carnivine normally only eat small bugs so if it is trying to get at the birds either it is not very good at its job or very very big 😱 it would be better if it were the latter i think because carnivine already take a looooong long long time to digest their prey and i am not sure a pidgey would be especially healthy for them even if they are not proportionally sized... or maybe there is something in its saliva the pidgey are particularly attracted to? i would not know enough about pidgey to say for sure, i just know it is usually the sweet scent of its saliva that attracts its prey, so if the carnivine is somewhere it does not really belong and the pidgey are lured in by the smell of something new it could just be a weird kind of comedy of errors

um i do not really want to make a big deal out of this but everybody else made a pretty big deal out of it when it happened so i just wanted to let everybody know that amy and i are not dating anymore. i figured it would be easier to say something than just sort of keep saying it again and again every time somebody brought it up because they did not know. nobody has to apologize or anything i just wanted to let you all know!!!!

in any case!!! things are still busy at the market buuuut like i said that is summer for you, and since i took all that time off in the spring it is probably for the best hehe. carol was staying at my house for a little while but left really recently after getting their plane ticket back home sorted out, so we are basically back to business as usual around here. i do not have any fosters right now and probably will not until august, since i do not have the time to give my full attention to a pokémon that needs it...
