One thing about me...I will disappear

In 4th grade, my bff was in a death feud over chess with a boy in our class but instead of competing like normal people they decided that the best way to determine who was chess master was for each of them to select one of the two biggest idiots in class and teach them to play chess, My Fair Lady style, and see whose idiot won. We are just now, 22 years later, grappling with the moral implications of this exercise.

i think id black out if i experienced even an ounce of romance at this point

i love it when people can't finish telling a joke or a story because they are laughing so hard. they get the giggles and whatever they are saying is absolutely incomprehensible. nothing could be as funny as watching them struggle through it, nothing could be as infectious as their joy. truly a wonderful human moment

what if I decide to let the joy slowly creep into my life the same way dread does…… what then
