I've had Ana for abt 2 and a half years, l've lost a lot of weight (lw being 43kg 🎀) and gained a lot (hw being 75kg 🤮) (from ‘recovery’) and I feel like I'm doing this (blog+ ana) for my health ig?? I just feel like I want to be skinny/ small/ petite (whatever you want to call it )again
(I'm pro recovery, you can do whatever you want with your body ect)

some rules that I follow
at Least 2 L of water daily
8k+ steps per day
no soda/ cal drinks
no eating after 8 pm
I try to have max 500-800 cal daily, but If I accidentally go over I just go for a walk and try to burn the most of it off
Weigh in everyday + document photos of progress AND non progress
When eating less I like to watch mukbangs bc the sound of chewing rly grosses me out and makes me lose my appetite usually
I also like to watch 600 pound life here and there
and that’s pretty much it if my rules, I also like to follow other ppls Ana blog rules
