The important thing to remember is... No matter how many dupes are in the fandom, no matter if you’re the only blog for a certain character, no matter if you play an OC, you still deserve the right to have fun here in the RPC, and you and your Muse still matter greatly to the community, and your partners. Originality is NOT important in the RPC. Never has been. But that doesn’t mean you aren’t. Your URL is special, the way you plot is special, the way you write is special, and just because you see other blogs with higher numbers, more partners, a fancier blog, doesn’t mean you should feel discouraged. Your Muse isn’t left in the dust because another gets more attention. You deserve the right to enjoy the RPC, no matter what Muse you play.
