Leaving FR
Man, this is such a hard post to write. As the header says, I’ve decided that it’s time for me to move on from flight rising. I’ve been considering this for a while, but recent events have solidified the decision. It’s clear to me that the main gripes I have with FR haven’t been improved and I don’t think they will be for a long time, if ever. It really, really sucks that it’s come to this, but I can’t support the site anymore after everything that’s happened.
I don’t know if I’ll come back or not. Maybe sometime in the future, but for now at least, I will not be checking FR or this blog. If you need to get in contact with me for whatever reason, you can find me at my new blog, negaysonicteenagewarhead. I’m also happy to give out my Discord if we’ve chatted a bit in the past. You can shoot me an ask over at my new blog and we can get in contact through that.
I doubt I would have stuck around as long as I did if it weren’t for the community that always made things exciting and always made me feel welcome. I’ve made a lot of great memories with you guys, and I think this is what I’m going to miss most about FR. Thank you guys so much for such an enjoyable four years, and I’ll see you around.
