breakfast bagels for the boyf and I before our last day in our pretty little apartment! Today we’ll be packing all day and getting our new house ready to move into tomorrow 📦 This is my current favourite breakfast combo - toasted bagels with almond butter and homemade marmalade 🍊

Quick and healthy lunch today was seeded bread with the Tesco Beetroot and Quinoa Hummus (so delicious!). I topped the toast with sliced bell peppers and served it with a side salad. I absolutely love the combination of hummus and bell peppers (better if they’re roasted, but I’m a lazy and time-pressed student!). I also love it when I’m eating the rainbow and my food is visually appealing- there’s something about it that makes you feel nourished just looking at the plate!

Lentil dal and avocado salad ✔️ I like to season my lentils with a dollop of full fat coconut milk, red curry paste, chili powder, lime juice, and coconut sugar. Definitely one of my favorite meals 👌🏻✨😋
