Meet your trainer — Slava Komakha (FlexDerek) Since 2009, I have been teaching flexibility development using a unique method developed by my mentor, a Guinness World Record holder in flexibility. Over the years, I have refined this technique through continuous practice and feedback from my students, helping many regain and improve their flexibility. During our online sessions, I will perform the exercises with you, explaining and demonstrating all the important details of each exercise beforehand.
