Dear Anon,

I am sorry to hear that you are having such a rough time as of late, but let me be the first to say that: I am proud of you for having stuck with it. I know this might seem hopeless just now but things will someday brighten up and it will get easier to pull yourself back up again.

You certainly are not alone in this. If you need anyone to talk to my inbox is always open to you! Please do not hesitate to ask me for help or simply talk. Talking does help - trust me on this. You might think you are alone but I think you just haven't met the right people yet, there are plenty out there that will help you get back on your feet.

This might seem mad or small but start simple. Begin your day just by simply getting up! Focus on what YOU like to do - don't let anyone dissuade you from doing that. Try finding something new like a book or a tv series even some new music! Invest your time in what you like doing, ignore everything else.

Don't listen to people that will drag you down. Don't listen to the people who don't seem to care. You are WORTH so much! You are NOT worthless, you are NOT weak - you are right HERE and still standing! That HAS to account for something. You are STILL here anon, you are still fighting and I am so proud of you for doing that.

DO NOT throw your life away. It is only just starting.

I know things look bleak right now, but they have to get better. Just take things slow, no one is expecting you to shrug all this off in the space of a few hours! And please please please if you need any help come talk to me.

I will do everything within my power to help :)
