To dive a bit more into each personalities:
Salo (Johannesteijsmannia) is the main leader of the Zuhadirites. He is a strong, God-fearing warrior who has lived since the Sultanate of Aceh. His commitment to his faith is what encourages him to fight for the greater good: defeating the enemies that ravaged his homeland.
Kapas (Gossypium) is a creative and hyperactive artist who sews clothing and other sorts of needlework for the gang. Also a wannabe punk who is keen on music culture. He is very supportive of all his friends and never lets them give up on hope through the hardest struggles!
Flanny, the main protagonist, is a mentally unstable flower who seeks to find a mate to bear fruit with while trying to survive in the war-torn jungles, but due to her rarity, it has led her to question her own purpose of existence and identity.
Padi (Oryza sativa) is the smart and mathematical engineer who creates machines out of scraps and abandoned remains of human's belongings around the island. He is quite mindful.
Kenanga (Cananga odorata) is the medic, healing the group of any injury through her own traditionally made recipes. In spite of her motherly and stout appearance, she is quite strong and truly helps taking down enemies!
