It has been such a huge release to me and so energising to finally be on the path to correcting the #1 thing I most hate about myself and finally having developed the courage to talk to people about it. Already have! He's a great guy, but as I get to know him I'm less and less convinced I'm ready right now. I only came out of a long-term relationship at Christmas time and I've been enjoying my space and being free of expections. So on that front alone I'm just not in the right headspace.On top of that, despite being easygoing this guy is also a bit draining. He's been burned before and it's killed his confidence, and it's a self-feeding cycle because a lack of confidence isn't exactly exciting or invigorating. In fact, I feel like I'm treading on thin ice in the sense he's going to get depressed at the first sign of me not wanting to spend all my time with him. Couple that with him being very disinterested in general, always being bored and basically looking for a boyfriend to give his life the kind of enrichment a decent hobby would provide (if he had one). The guy I used to be with was incredibly boring and had no interests of his own, didn't do anything with his spare time, never wanted to spend any money, didn't make any effort to invest time in anything I enjoyed doing, and really had no interest in actually being my friend. So when another disinterested, bored and lonely guy comes around, it all just seems like too much effort and rather pointless, regardless of how accepting he is of me being ABDL. At the end of the day, I'm more than just my underwear.Anyway, probably waaaay more than you expected in reply, but you've been a good avenue for my thought process! 😄

Not really into roleplay as such. But I love being checked, changed, told which diaper I’m to wear and when, etcetera. I think I speak for most ABDLs in that regard though! I’m definitely not a dominant type but I’m not 100% submissive. I’d say I’m middle of the road, maybe leaning towards the submissive side.

Yep! He’s probably the most accepting non-ABDL I’ve ever met. The best part is he’s not afraid to interact with them, so it feels like I’m finally getting a breath of fresh air. :)
